Arapahoe Ridge offers a number of beyond the classroom programs to help support learning through district wide and school-specific initiatives.

Our school offers BASE, the Before, After School, and Summer Enrichment Program.  Emphasis is placed on enhancing self-esteem, teaching lifelong skills, and providing a safe environment, as well as a feeling of community among the children and staff.

We participate in a successful and established after-school tutoring program called Reading Together. It is a research based, peer-teaching program where tutees and their cross-age tutors receive direct instruction in the essential components of reading.

Arapahoe Ridge utilizes the Positive Behavior Support (P.B.S.) Program. The purpose of the program is to establish and maintain an effective school environment that maximizes the academic achievement and behavioral competence of all learners. Core elements within P.B.S. include, but are not limited to our Respect Rules, Citizenship Traits, Positive Office Referrals, and Pride Breakfast Celebrations
