ARE Yoga and mindfulness Club is a fun and welcoming space where children explore movement, mindfulness, and self-expression. Each session blends playful yoga poses, guided breathing, and short meditations to help kids build focus, confidence, and calm. We also practice gratitude journaling—a simple yet powerful way for kids to reflect on the good in their lives and cultivate a positive mindset. Whether stretching like a cat or sitting still like a mountain, children learn valuable tools for emotional wellness, all while having fun and connecting with others.
