I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that don’t work. Thomas Edison
English Language Development (ELD) classes support English language learners (ELLs). In this class, bilingual and multilingual students work toward English language proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Students make connections to past experiences and knowledge from their primary langauge. Songs, games, hands on experiences, visuals such as graphic organizers, gestures, as well as other strategies like working in cooperative groups help students access academic content and vocabulary in a memorable way.
